Norma B. Zorzin Age 88 Caspian, MI Died Saturday, June 11, 2011 peacefully at her home. Born: October 8, 1922 in Iron River, MI The daughter of the late Carl and Sophia (Kneebach) Anderson attended the Iron River Schools and was a lifelong resident of the area. Norma married Joe Zorzin and the couple made their home in Caspian. Joe preceded her in death in 1964. Norma was employed at several area businesses where she was known for her beautiful and friendly smile. She later worked for Michigan Green Thumb Program making quilts until she retired to care for her aging mother. She was a devoted mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed making jewelry, quilting, gardening and playing bingo. She will be so missed by her family who loved her dearly. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Ann and four brothers Vincent, Lester, Clinton, Wallace and Ellsworth. She is survived by her children; Cheryl (Jerry) Lindahl Kathleen (Randy) Thunander Steve (Judi) Zorzin Barbara Zorzin Three grandchildren; Brian Javoroski Kevin Amelio Kara Thunander One great grandchild, Jocelyn Javoroski Nieces, nephews and extended family Visitation: Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home Funeral Service: Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River with Rev. Dawn Treado Green to officiate.
