Linda Schmitt

Linda Ann Schmitt Age 62 Kaukauna, WIPassed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 16, 2011. Linda was born September 14, 1949 in Stambaugh, Michigan to Walter and Ella (Martin) White. She attended the Florence, WI Schools and was later employed as a CNA. Linda grew up attending the Maple Grove Church of Tipler, Wisconsin. She will always be remembered for her love of life. She was full of life and enjoyed being with her family. She enjoyed her flowers, listening to classic county and bluegrass music. She was just learning to speak Polish with her brother, Gary. Linda married Dale Schmitt on October 29, 2005 at the Bethany Pentecostal Church in Long Lake , Wisconsin. The couple enjoyed camping, music and spending time together. She was preceded in death by her infant grandson, Shade Johnson, nephew, Terry Olson and brother-in-law, Pat Rea. She is survived by her husband, Dale Parents, Walter and Ella White Sons, James (Kelly) Lamers of Tipler, WI Bill Lamers ( fiance, Heather) of Menasha, WI Brett Condon Lamers of Caspian, MI Daughter, Linda (Mike) Maki of Caspian, MI Step-children, Andy Schmitt of Kaukauna Michael Schmitt of Kaukauna Emily (Shane) Schaefer of Madison, WI Grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler and Alexis Lamers, Joe Akstuelewiecz, Amber Lamers Aschenbach Damien Johnson and Daisy Rayne Maki Brothers, Tom and Kevin White of Tipler, WI Gary (Annie) White of Long Lake, WI Sisters, Betty Townsend and Mary Lou Rea of Tipler, WI Bonnie (Jim) Fredricks of Crystal Falls, MI Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews Visitation: Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the Maple Grove Church, Tipler, WI Funeral Services: Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dan Waters to officiate. Interment: Martin Cemetery, Tipler, WI Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron River, MI Special thanks to the hospice and care givers in her last hours who were with her and comforted her.
